The two guys behind the German electronic music act Flash Royal are Alex Nolte and Swen May. They met on one of those
excessive parties in the mid nineties, where everything was about spinning records, having a good time and lots of fun. They shared
the same taste of music and lifestyle, so it was no wonder that they became true partners in crime quite soon. First they performed
their DJ-gigs as a team, later they threw their equipment -an atari st, some synths, sampler and effect gear - together to get this
celebrated "boom tschak" (cheers to Kraftwerk) out of their speakers. Within no time it worked and Flash Royal was born.
After some years of experimenting and improving they have developed and defined their unique style. The sound of Flash Royal
has now found its way into the public ear with own tracks and remixes on labels like Farbenfroh, Chicaria, May Recordings and
Point Records.
